• Account & Profile Information: Full name, mobile phone number, email address, profile picture (if uploaded via Google Sign-In), and language preference.
• Business & Shop Details: Business name, trade name, GSTIN (GST number), business address, state/pincode, business logo, contact number, and optional bank/UPI details printed on invoices.
• Customer & Supplier Information: Customer name, phone number, address, and GSTIN added by you for invoicing and ledger accounting.
• Sales & Invoicing Data: Invoices generated, item descriptions, prices, HSN/SAC codes, applicable GST rates (CGST, SGST, IGST), payment modes, and expense entries.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device & System Information: Device brand, model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and network connection type.
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens to deliver invoice alerts, payment reminders, and customer support notifications.
• Crash Logs & Diagnostic Data: Anonymized crash logs and app performance metrics to identify bugs and improve stability.

C. Device Permissions We Request

• Camera: Optional permission used solely for scanning product barcodes/QR codes when adding items or creating quick bills.
• Storage / Media: Permission used to save, export, and download PDF invoices, thermal printer receipts, and reports to your device storage.
• Bluetooth: Optional permission used exclusively to connect to wireless Bluetooth thermal receipt printers.

3 How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is utilized strictly for legitimate business and operational purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and safeguard your merchant account via OTP or Google Sign-In.
• To generate, format, print, and export GST-compliant tax invoices, receipts, and sales reports.
• To allow you to seamlessly share invoices with your customers via WhatsApp or SMS at your discretion.
• To synchronize your shop catalog, products, and records securely across your authorized devices.
• To calculate tax summaries (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B summaries) for your internal accounting.
• To provide responsive technical support and resolve inquiries via our integrated customer support chat.
• To prevent unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, and enforce our terms of service.

4 Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures

We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal or business data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.

We only share data with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate the application:

• Google Firebase / Google Play Services: Used for secure cloud infrastructure, push notifications (FCM), and authentication.
• Cloud Hosting & Database Infrastructure: Secure cloud servers with SSL/TLS encryption for database backups and API access.
• WhatsApp (Third-Party Application): When you click the WhatsApp share icon, invoice details are passed to your WhatsApp app via standard Android intents solely at your command.
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or lawful request by government authorities to comply with applicable statutory laws.
