Reduce Theft and Shrinkage in Your Shop

'Shrinkage' is the retail term for lost inventory due to theft, error, or damage. In India, it is a significant cost for retailers.

Identify the Source

Is it shoplifting? Employee theft? administrative error? or vendor fraud? You need to know where the leak is.

When stock receiving and billing are digital, it creates an audit trail. If 10 items arrived and 8 were sold, the system knows 2 should be on the shelf. If not, you have shrinkage.

Employee Training
